Integrity Interviews

Our Integrity Interview (or Behavior Analysis Interview) follows a highly structured, non-accusatory format designed to identify whether or not a person is telling the truth or withholding relevant information concerning a specific crime or wrongful act. The purpose for the interview is to develop factual information about an individual’s involvement.

We ask a series of investigative questions that are specifically targeted to a particular case, followed by a series of behavior provoking questions that elicit verbal and nonverbal responses. This process enables us to identify those who are most likely guilty of involvement or of committing the act. We also ask a series of questions to determine whether or not the individual has the propensity to commit the act in question.
